(ANSAmed) - ROME - ANSA will be hosting the general assembly of
the Alliance of Mediterranean News Agencies (AMAN) in Rome from
June 26 to 29 . ANSA will also be presiding the alliance, with
the aim of making a contribution to a greater awareness and
further neighbourliness between the two shores of the
Mediterranean.
On June 27 a seminar will be led jointly by the Italian Foreign
Ministry and the Gregoriana University as part of the assembly.
The seminar will focus on the themes of economic development, the media and the role of public institutions in Italian investments in Arab countries following the 'Arab Spring'.(ANSAmed).
