(ANSAmed) - Rome, July 9 - The peace treaty between Egypt and
Israel has been "one of the principal stabilising factors" in
the Middle East and "effective cooperation" between the two
countries is "crucial to ensure peace and stability in the
region", Italy's foreign minister Giulio Terzi has said in an
interview with Egyptian daily al-Ahram.
"We hope that the constructive dialogue that we have seen in the past continues," added the minister. (ANSAmed).
